Programs have to be challenging, varied and fun but progressive towards your goal.

Training isn't just the gym and weights; I also love programs that have you outside, walking, running, cycling, boot camp sessions and even tennis.

My clientele covers the full spectrum from young to old, from extremely fit to the aspiring athlete.
