BUSINESS, PROGRAM POLICIES and PRICING

The following are basic business policies designed to facilitate the development of a sound and productive trainer-client relationship. These policies are based on the premise of dual responsibility.

Training Session Length

Training session length can be personalised to meet a clients specific needs, General sessions are normally 60 minutes, 45 minutes or 30 minutes in length

Trainer-Client Ratio

Training sessions are normally one-on-one (one trainer, one client). Again this can be personalised for pairs, small groups through to corporate event organised sessions.

Session Start/End Times

To get the most out of our sessions together, please be ready to exercise at the exact scheduled time. Workouts cannot be extended primarily because clients are usually scheduled both before and after you.

Cancellation of Your Scheduled Workout and Missed Sessions

If you cancel a session, for any reason, you will not be charged if I am given at least 24 hours notice. The full session fee will be charged to clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice. You are allowed one late cancellation without penalty. Additional late cancellations will be charged the full session fee.

Payment For Services

If you have not entered into an agreement where your training sessions are paid for in advance, all fees are due in full upon completion of the session. When payments are overdue, all training services will be suspended until your outstanding fees have been paid. Payments can be made by Cash, Cheque, Direct debit or Automatic payment. Receipts will be given upon request.
